I copied some videos to internal storage. After 10 days I can't find them. I checked memory status it remains same. I checked hidden folder in explorer but I can't find. How to get back my files???

Hi ,
Since 4 months my phone was working fine. Post upgrade to 8.0.2 I have witnessed hanging problem. I got a call phone is ringing but screen is not wake up and even after multiple presses of power button or volume button nothing happen. not able to switch off also :(

mo, 28 Sep 2016just bought the redmi note 3 16gig one 2days ago and the ph... moreas u are a windows fanboy, i want to ask you something. which is smooth ui? windows or miui according to you? i dont have windows devices but i have used it. it is hard to cmd on windows without owning it so ur opinion is valuable to me.
