I have tried lot of custom rom.
Now I am using Nitrogen Oreo as my daily driver.
I Recommended go for Nitrogen Oreo.
Ressurection Remix has lot of customisation options but rom comes with Nougat and pre-rooted with magisk.

Maybe there are slim chances RN3 will get it. About MIUI 9 according to latest Xiaomi event at New Delhi on 2.11.2017 all eligible Xiaomi phone will get it by the end of November.
