Also may be Letv Le 1s may provide it but it can't be a deal breaker as battery life is utmost important since you can't keep your phone always connected to Charger for using it.
    Regarding Android M also not sure about Letv Le 1s whereas MIUI gives Stable Rom updates. At least MI brand is a well established brand not sure about Letv considering after sales service & other stuff.

Its a new standard, and not having... moreDude first understand that you can't use normal USB otg adapter for attaching you penddrive.Not only that if you forgot to take your USB Type C cable you can't use your friend's normal USB cable for charging your phone. Either you will have to keep USB Type C cable+adapter with you or need a powerbank to be purchased separately. In case of OTG you must buy USB C-Type Adapter. So, get the things understood first then make any comments.

      Also 1 more con of Letv Le 1s I forgot to mention is that
      Letv Le 1s lacks Gyroscope Sensor so you can't use Power VR apps.

      Redmi Note 3 has a Gyroscope so nothing to worry about Power VR apps.

            Poor camera performance in low light due to single led flash
            USB type C Charger ( normal USB doesn't work)

            Benefits of Redmi Note 3 (SD 650) indian version over letv Le 1s
            1)4000 mah battery (at least 5 hrs SOT with heavy usage)
            2)More user friendly MI UI
            3)Normal USB Charger works
            4)Better low light camera performance due to Dual tone Dual led flash
            5)FM Radio present
            6)Second slot may be used for micro SD card (not sure)

            Drawbacks of Redmi Note 3
            1) 4k Recording not supported.
            2) Front Camera selfies don't cover large area
            Overall Redmi Note 3 > Letv Le 1s

              it seems to me that Lenovo K80M is better buy?
              5.5'', full HD, 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, 4000 mAh, 13MP/5MP cameras, 64bit Intel Z3560 Quad Core 1.8GHz CPU, 8.5mm thick (like RMN3). Similar cons like RMN3 (there is no microSD card slot and battery isn't replaceable).
              Only there is no fingerprint scanner and no metal build.

                                  take time but improve its softwares and provide marshmallow out of the box or by update. please improve those bad softwares to good and you should provide an app drawer.
