I bought it on 16August.It works very nicely in day time but at night almost after 11
,it automatically shuts down and then when I opens it.It started hanging.Please tell me,why it is happening like and what should I do?

Please don't purchase redmi phones because if you are facing any problem by this phone and when you will go in their service centre regarding your phone problem they will not solve your problem. And if you will call on their own no. They will also not solve your problems I got very bad experience from xiaomi phones. Xiaomi please don't sale phone if you can't help customers it's a request...😯

I am confused between redmi note 3 and... moreRedmi Note 3 is having battery issues and strucking issues, But I searched and saw few mobiles which are having octa core processor and above processors are having heating issues while charging the device.
Normally the battery temperature should not be more than 38. But on Note 3 battery temperature will be at 43 or 44 C. It's not good for us.
