My phone has no other issues bt its something diff means, even my earphones ar nt connected it notifies they are connected n behaves in same way, like i cant hear any sound of call or song without earphones . How can i resolve it

removed head phone after listening music ..still headphone icon appearing on screen n i cant able to listen voice calls, misic etc..without headphone

the worst of the worst phone,battery drain automaticly even no use,i mistakenly bought this,wanted to buy snapdrogon version,now signal problem,no call no sms poor internet speed .God why i bought this ,I am crying like hell :( :( :( never use xiaomi worst brand

BISHWA, 07 Mar 2017battery is charging very slowly and it is draining fast alt... moreI am also facing the same problem .slow charging.drains all of a sudden. Restarts only if I start recharging. I have to carry battery bank along with me .double work and reall a head ache.

This is phone is not at all good.. For the first month it worked absolutely awesome...but later it showed its color.. 😔 and then now battery issues ..not at all charging.. Takes around 5-6 hours to get fully charged.. I am unable to sell this phone no one is ready to buy it

I bought Redmi note 3 mobile 8 months back.Now I have problem with switch off & volume button.I can only increase the volume ,I can't do anything other than that. Battery is getting discharged automatically when not in use and heat is radiated more in this case.someone please tell me what I can do with this.

I bought Redmi note 3 mobile 8 months back.Now I have problem with switch off & volume button.I can only increase the volume ,I can't do anything other than that. Battery is getting discharged automatically when not in use and heat is radiated more in this case.

I have mi note 3 .It is near about 6 month. Now it's navigation key doesn't work.automatically it's apps r dancing on the screen.only back switch works but another both switch doesn't.now i depend upon only quick ball switch.is it hard wire or soft wire problem i can not understand .What shall i do now

I purchase note 3 bt it stop working with in 5 month. I submitted the phone for repairing in service centre. after my oral instrunction before format the phone pls take per mission from me, bt service centre delet my all data which is very imp. I contatcted to cutomer care centre bt the denied to help, I recomnded not buy ths phone, I had saw many customer having problem with new phone to.

Redmi Note 3 is having very low quality Body Parts. I faced issues with it's touch screen before 1 year completion of this mobile. No damage happened to the screen, it is still that one as I bought it. And in just 6 months one side of screen become pinkish or flour-scent kind. So now device is clicking on the screen by itself, which is a big headache. I am not able to use the phone. Now, I have to purchase new one, and that will never be a MI product.

Recently last month buy from ebay redmi note 3 after 2 days mobile automatically switch OFF problem mobile back side touch imedeatly switch off ,in talking time just touch back side then sudden switch off mobile never purchase MI mobile

Don't buy if you want more than Lolipop.
