i bought red mi note 3 in last 1 month ago in Surat phone merchant mobile shop and just last 3 day i am not able to use this phone because of touch screen not working also i not given positive reply by phone merchant shop person so please help me

I purchased Redmi Note 3 mobile from mi store about 05 months ago. After 01 month of use its proximity sensor stopped working and there was network problem also. 10 days ago it stopped charging. I took mi pick up service and sent it service center. They told me that it has liquid damage and it didnot repaired under warranty terms condition. They told me expenses to repair it about Rs. 8000 even it is in warranty period. The damaged handset has not been attended to in right perspective. Third class company very poor service.

I bought my Redmi note 3 handset second week of last month,i have no complained on camera quality, it's good,b ut,two things disappointed me,1st,whenever I go to fb and watch the video uploaded the phone start to hang and need to restart,2nd,even if the phone is kept fully charged it goes down very quick in comparison to the other,so battery backup is not good.i am not fully satisfied with this phone,so I request to manager sir,please do replaced my Redmi note 3 battery with a good quality and high backup one.

My phone is suddenly get switch off or hang...not working any button key..for long time....i bought it dec.16.....some heating issue also...please help....my camera not work by fonger sensor....please suggest some guidance for better use.

When i turn off or restart the phone, i get notifications about sim card issues, Inability to receive sms messages, it stops updating apps, disabling google app. This problem resolved only by resetting the device.

I have redmi note 3 last two days ago my mobile update with new Android v 8.2.2.0 but after update mobile then battery backup not given only 4 hrs fully 100% battery discharge
So plz release new Android version

Phone is great, just u need to flash eu.rom or epic rom. Afte flashing epic rom u will see the diference.

I have note 3 since last six months. I am an IDEA customer. Since last 3-4 days I am facing a abnormal problem. I can not receive incoming calls. All my incoming calls get the answer "the number is not reachable". Outgoing, SMS etc... all services ok. On complaining to IDEA, they said change the SIM. I changed the SIM but the problem is same. If I use my card in other phones (right now I am using in other mobile), there is no problem. I tried to use other companies SIM in my redmi phone, that is also working. Problem is when I use my SIM in my phone. What to do...... any solution

Dear sir, ipurchased note 3 on 16/12/2016.On12/1/2017 there was a problem TP NOT WORKING got Reassembled by Sathish Kumar at Service Center at BTM Bangalore. Today again the problem in the mobile what i should do pls inform me early. My invoice No.1417776912115670

When I unlocked my redmi note 3 mobile than seen that please press volume up button with back button .
