my redmi ph is now not even month one . its getting heated very badly and no charge stays.
can i exchange it. or plss can u suggest some solution to me as there is no redmi service centre in mangalore.

u wont believe me i have a complete trust on redmi but within 2ddays my phone started hang & when i restart it takes 4 hours it happens 3 times & taking about positive side it a budget phone nys cam , nyc features in a reasonable price

Sir , my red mi note 3 sim always 2 sim insert but 1 sim automatic removed and heating prob lame, and contact saved but not viveing.

They had called me that phone have Qualcomm Snapdragon processor but here it is MediaTech.
Gorilla glass not available.
Over heating problem.
Hanging too much.
No gestures.
RAM is low quality.
Everything is worst.
I feel it was better if I have an Oppo or Vivo phone. 😞
