Software updates will remove all known probs. The best thing is xiaomi devices r fixable and their forum is superb.only thing I worry is about internal memory. Better go for 32Gb version

AnonD-565155, 01 Aug 2016I personally using this phone for 5 months. There are not a... moreCheck device firmware version with xiaomi website whether it matches. Some devices are shipped with a firmware called vendor firmware. If you have on of those firmwares you will not get any updates.

i bought redmi note 3
the problem is that the wifi is not working properly it shut off by it self .
the wifi is big problem.

i can't insert dual sim and sd card at the same time
phone over heating for calling and charging time
battery will be stay on only one day

It is showing that memory card is inserted but can't transfer things

Awesome phone everything is perfect but exclude camera, Camera is averege , so many people Heating problem pls ugrade the miui8 then your issue is resolved...

i bought the Redmi Note 3 one month before. But its overheating while connecting to the charger and WIFI and continous video playing (15-20) mins. As pe the customercare suggestion, i tested the battery test and its crossed 47.5 C. First they accepted to replace, but still i facing so much issue for replace. Wrost customer care i ever seen. they providing more than 4 request no.

Hello to all
I just recieved the new xiaomi redmi note 3 pro but I have a big problem. the battery is stacked between 97-98% and after 2 days the phone switch off showing still 97%. After contacting the seller, he told me to turn it back and give me back the money or keep it and give me back 50$. So maybe there is no xiami warranty at all.
