i m facing issue about calling..
when i put a call to other person there is something wrong on the mobile. so that the call cannot made and also actually the dialing option is not shown properly .can anyone tell that whether is it software problem or any other ?

I purchased it 2days ago and its sensor is not working properly it gets off suddenly after i try to on.
&when i make call its light gets off &no key work unless call is finished

My Experience is very bad. New Redmi Not 3's Rear cemera is not working...After 7 days I gave Phone at Service Centre....I am waiting 30 days I cant get my phone they told me that genuine parts is not available. No good corporation and manners from the part of Customer Service Executives. What can I do....? At last I decided to go Consumer Court...

Anonymous, 24 Jul 2016my friend go to mi service center tell your problem and sai... morehello it's all remi care responsibly to repair ur phon so if that are not lisn tell them if they can't repair ur phon u will go to consumers court thank you

Some times it go worse like screen background becomes black and no options will work. It will just hang up. Mi logo only showing after an update and reboot.

Hey im afrequent mi user but im facing a problem during calls in my xiaomi Redmi Note 3 ... Incoming/outgoing calls voice is not clear alot of disturbance cums during calls i had faced same problem in my another mi note 3...i Changed dat cell for calls issue den bought new mi note 3 but same problem again.... Plz let me about dis problem help me sort out dis rest the phone is awesum and really worth buying it

I brought Redmi note 3 (32GB) recently in China and i can't insert a memory card. As there is a different in the sim slot. How do i insert it?
