Guys have a small problem, the headset symbol is not going from the screen above, due to this not able to answer calls, no notification tones, any help? Tried Re-starting, Re-Booting, No luck. Anything i can do without resetting the factory settings plz suggest me

I got the phone ...2 days ago...great must buy...honestly its heating during charging..but its not an issue and yeah what else u want in a 12k phone...wtf its an amazing phone great display and battery..must buy

H... morelol if u play game so much its obvious that phone will heat up. and specially in summers. and for hang up i havent seen that phone hangs because i use this phone too.

Redmi note 3 (32GB) was purchased a month back. The cell went off twice so far as if cell is dead. When I gave a call from other cell to redmi note 3, it started working.
Now the cell screen is not moving and not able to select the page I want to use. Please let me know the reason? if any body else has faced similar disturbance and what remedial action.
