Had just bought this phone a couple of days ago because best news I have Heard about it but it just got restarting by it self,took it to repairs and I was told it's softwear is not in the system yet but I have really heard good things about the phone

this phone is a tank. not even joking. Nakia wanna be! I dropped it like 20times or more, was underwater few times, once with hot water... after 5 years and what I said above, the phone still running, the only 2 issues this phone have it is the battery (with can be replaced) and the camera doesn't work anymore, sadly.

My wife has this phone. Still doing good. Not facing the headphone jack issue, or any other issues mentioned here.
I had some time with it and found that it can actually do 4K60fps...!! This is 8 times the output of the base specs! But we have to keep old firmware and use "Open camera" from Play store for this. You can try if it works. Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 695 can only do 1080p30, how shameful is this?
Also, memory card is working fast enough just as expected, I hope you guys're using genuine, original company made memory cards, and not those fake ones on Amazon, etc. Also use UHS 3 cards, the one marked with "3" inside a "U" icon. It guarantees 30 MB write speed and is not too costly compared to regular grade 10 card.

I have this phone and I must say is the best phone with normal battery usage but in the beginning i was having problems with the booting yes but I resolved it by pressing the power button plus the volume down for it to off then after that I press the power button plus the volume up you have to press it till it on and don't remove your hands still press it again till it off and on again then now you can restart your phone and it will stop i hope it will help serious the phone is good.

Hello, i have this device running android 7.0 and MIUI 11.0.2. I've never dropped this device but have tried to clean the charging port myself. I bought a genuine samsung charger for it and it charges slow still and so with the other brands charger. Does this mean ive destroyed my charging port? Or is there something else

Anonymous, 07 Mar 2022mine is also stuck in headphone mode someone please help me... moreI had that issue last week and thought of the famous/infamous earplug issue but was instead a software problem as I had it connected to the car via Bluetooth and when the car turned off the phone wasn't able to cut the connection and I could only get sound via earphones.
After I connected it to the car audio system again and disconnected it properly, the issue was resolved.

Because of this it was unable to play any sound. I solved it by putting a paperclip in the hole. It's holding the switch "off" that signals "headphones connected". I'm using Bluetooth headphones with my trusty old Redmi

I am using this mobile since Jan 2017 and still working but a lot slower now. Battery still having good back-up. eMMC 5.0 is very slow to handle 64 GB memory card.
