Heavy game users go to buy the device after 1 year use no issues, no heating, no lagging heavy games or apps, battery is just awesome,so very nice phone. So go to buy it. Roughly use this device no more create any issues.

my redmi note 4 battery is good but when Charging comes at 59 then it is draining fast till 51 percent and after that it is working fine and again after 29 percent then it is comes fast till 24 percent and after that its working fine what should i do.?

After having this phone for over 6 months I must say this phone is phenomenal. It seems the standard for what a budget phone should look and act like. The battery is fantastic, the screen is completely responsive, the cheaper is power efficient (no slow downs), the screen ratio is perfect for watching movies and videos on YouTube, etc. I am going to buy another one for my Dad because he fell on love with mine. This phone is worth more than just 179 dollars if you ask me but I'm not complaining. Although the battery did deteriorate after like the 5 month and only when it gets to 58-53% and then back to normal drainage which is odd. But nevertheless, this phone is a 9/10. Oh yeah, the audio is exceptional. Pretty loud which is always a treat.

Mi Redmi phone is one of the worst phone, after 2 week touch screen was not working, many times visited to service center, after my 3rd visit they have changed touch screen, the major problem is while changing touch screen they have damaged mobile case and now they(service center and customer care) are not giving proper response.

Remove screen protector should solve the issue, unless it is a proximity sensor issue.
