Xiaomi redmi note 4 is very good device. Used to 2 month's no hanging,no heating issues not any other issues.so guy's you don't scared go to buy it offline or online.but one condition u don't update your phone N version stay with marshmallow version.so guys update ur device then many issues create on ur device like heating,hanging etc.so guys don't update ur device. Guys play more games like asphalt 8,mortal combat,god of fire,call of duty,asphalt xtreem,more heavy games play on ur device no lagging issues on ur device.play smoothly like a butter.more chatting & use more apps running very fast better than other devices. So guys don't be scared go to buy the device offline or online.this is better than other device.XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 4 price is very low but features are higher than other device.this device processor are snapdragon 625,GPU adreno 506,ram 4GB,rom 64GB.so very useful device.very powerful processor with powerful GPU.BATTERY is awesome no heating issue. Guys use this device a long more time.per day use 4 to 8 hours battery no heating.BUT DON'T UPDATE UR DEVICE.

(1) When you purchased your Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, be careful NOT to simply update to nougat 7 or higher version unless it is confirmed officially in your country that it is SAFE to update otherwise you may face host of issues!
(2) When you buy the phone set, it is ALWAYS better to buy the ORIGINAL set to get everything original. U can get original spare parts replaced by Xiaomi Service Centre under the one year warranty. Some AP set may not use original parts and sometimes, software compatibility is only suitable in some countries. Also, the AP set may get modified by local importers to suit their local markets. It is better to pay a bit more for the ORIGINAL set.

Great phone. No issues yet. One problem is the software. I got an update of around 1.3GB for android nougat and a lot of nougat features are missing. No split screen apps, no reply to notifications. I was quite surprised to see the nougat in about phone after the update.

Dear @MiIndiaSupport ... Ur phone is good with great features, but it can't b better until u give a better service and proper replacement policy. My Redmi Note 4 started giving problem (like hang and then restart) from 2nd month of buying. This phone made me visit service centre in the 2nd month which is so called the latest Redmi flagship phone and the solution i got in Service Centre that the engineer installed an older version of OS and said not to update it. You have the latest high end Redmi phone in your hand and you can't use the latest OS, wat a joke !!!! However the problem still persisted and i spoke to customer care, they said we will take this to higher authority and still they are taking it!!! And now when i visited Service Centre which is some days before, they said the mother board is down due to water lickage.You tell me if the issue is same which i have been facing since last 6 months, then how there can be two reasons ?? Moreover the Service Centre staff's behaviour was so rude and intolerable that it was like i made a mistake buying this phone. So my friends, please have a look at this tweet before going for any Redmi or Mi device. And to #RedmiIndia this is a message from an unhappy and dissatisfied customer. Hope this review may help you giving real world scenario.

Redmi note 4 hangs so much & heated so much when charger connected. These 2 are big problems in this phone.

I m facing a prob that is while my screen is black then i see that the navigation key lights is coming on screen a little bit.
and some flicker sound is coming out from the back while i tap the back of the phone.
does anybody facing this issues can reply to me.......
