Hi guys I have the Redmi Note 4X with the mediatek processor, I wonder why my phone overheats a lot, I just browsing around or chatting and it often gets to 45 degree. Is there any explanation for this??

Great phone, but the in call volume at maximum is so soft Can hardly hear the other callers voice, tried cleaning my earpiece grill but makes no difference, Tons of people experiencing this issue as per the Miui forum, kindly Search low earpiece Volume, im on the Latest Miui Rom, being able to hear the other caller is a basic requirement of any phone, will appreciated any advice on how to try and fix this issue.
