so bizarre! Why anounce that the device is in for review, and 3 weeks later nothing! Why reviewing first phones that wont sell and embargo this one which can sell by millions?

I've had this for a couple of days, main and selfie cams are just awesome! Don't hesitate just because they use Samsung and Omnivision sensors instead of Sony sensors in the Indian RN5P version - the results are gorgeous as reviewers have said. The only annoying downside so far is that apparently after version 9.5.4 MIUI has stopped supporting third-party themes. Icons again have that ugly white background, and unfortunately the workaround that worked before now does not work anymore. Still looking for the definitive solution for this (there are reports that having Xiaomi designer account restores the ability to use third-party themes, but there is no consensus on that).
