Purchased on Nov 2018. Used it till last week until got it exchanged for Rs 7700 for Redmi not 12 pro+. It never gave any problem. Battery backup was still 1.5 days in normal usage.

still using one of these Note 6 pros, very reliable phone. still going strong since i got them 4 years ago.

Phone is still working since 2018 (January). Little laggy and after update one of the speaker went off. No other problems till now, yes there are problems in the charger. I am happy with the phone but there were other options too and they are much better than this. In current market I won't suggest you to pick this phone.

The phone is still good for, I did change the battery a year ago and it gave it a second life.

I buy it this phone in August 2019, i have used him more than 3 years. It's very hard body...i have dropped him most than 20 times for these years. The speakers are great. Now his already gone. The battery draining really fast and the phone very often get freezes...

Th... moreJust go to any local shop and ask or search online for Mi BN48 Battery, it is easily available both online and offline and should cost around ₹400-₹600 (keep in mind that it will probably be of some other brand than Mi but should work fine)
