Either for targetted advertising, researching who you are, what you are upto, who you are calling, what is your habit, what is your favorite music, what bank you use, etc.
If you are that afraid that much, I suggest you go back using Nokia 1112 with 96 x 68 pixel screen, no bluetooth, no wifi, no camera. You are as safe as you can get. PLUS it is now so cheap at about $10.

And you actually miss the point, china has been destroying manufacturing all around the world for decades now, this is not about the US at all, they have been stealing intellectual property, underpaying their workers and even selling at no profit like Xiaomi accepts it does, to get ahead and eventually bankrupt the competition, Im sure you don't care as most people don't, go ahead and get this device, likely it's going to be a great device just bear in mind what I am saying.

Anonymous, 19 Jan 2019Because these are 3rd party sellers wait until they officil... morethink outside box, this is not a phone that will be globally sold in each individual country like samsung huawei etc.. the only place u can buy it for a decent price is from banggood etc.. even ebay lists the same prices so clearly the 150 euro is a lie as it looks now... but u dont understant that i guess... go back to school maybe kid

No its true 150 euro i.e the company's retail price is 999 Chinese yuan for the 3/32 gb version, 1199 for the 4/64 gb version and 1399 for the 6/64 gb version !!
