Is no one gonna talk about the fact that. The screen to body ratio in this phone is still smaller then mi 8 lite. I know they made notch smaller but. The chin is still big

The net loss was due to a non-cash charge of 54.1 bn related to regulatory requirements of its IPO (Fair value changes of convertible redeemable preferred shares). This charge had nothing to do with its business activities.
In fact, Xiaomi has posted operating profits in every year since 2015. The idea that they are selling below cost to bankrupt the competition has no basis in reality.

Adi, 21 Jan 2019Why there is still no review from GSMarena??Maybe they wait global version of the phone? Why would GSMarena review Chinese version? You can always go to youtube if you are interesent in chinese version (without LTE band 20, with chinese charger, xhinese bloatware, no playstore and other google stuff, manual in chinese only etc).. This phone will bi on the market in global version in the mid next month. Wait, or you can also go to miui forum i guess there is already review (but, chinese unit).

And then of course there will be patent infringements all over but then you see germany and other countries where the law is actually enforced companies pay for their deeds but in china dude? s this any news to you? Same in india with medication patents.Do you think they are making a big profit on this redmi note 7? Really? Do you really think non chinese companies can keep up with these prices? Samsung is starting to build in china, and likely you will see south korea layoffs sooner rather than later.

Gsmarena is a good website about phone info but it is so PARTIAL. There are phone vendor names on the left upper side of website. How can you explain Xiaomi's name is below of nokia, sony, lg, motorola,htc, lenovo? These brands are far behind Xiaomi.

A German court recently ruled that Apple infringed on qualcomm's patents, meaning that one American company stole technology from another.
Apple, Samsung, qualcomm and LG have been suing each other for patent infringements for many years. They have each won (and lost) a fair number of lawsuits. Therefore, according to the courts, American and Korean companies have been stealing each others' technologies for many years.
Don't let facts get in the way of your narrative though.
