No idea why is the phone hanging slowing down and lagging all of a sudden, I think a software update probably made this happen. Won't have time to downgrade my phone's software, I hope Xiaomi fixes this problem. Battery life has been a problem with me too.

My Redmi Note 8 has been calling people randomly, I used antivirus scan and there is no signal of getting infected, not sure why

I also noticed few days ago that it is starting to drain battery really fast. Before I could you it for 2 days without charging, now I can barely get through the day. I also have a problem that sometimes when I'm tiping SMS or message on messenger app, my text doesn't show up and I have to go to desktop and back to app to fix it.

Im disappointed by this phone, during 2021 it became very sluggish and everything loads so slow. i have the 128gb version but it performs so slow and i did master reset, clear cache and it still not work

After updating to MIUI 12.5 enhanced, it's really smooth and phone temperature has improved. Just some UI bug for people who are using custom themes.

I was dreaming to buy a Redmi 6 and I didn't have money back then and Went to Buy A Mi A3 and didn't have stock.
Specs were same and kind of better quality in some ways.So after a sudden decision I got this phone.Anf I love to the phone ❤️🔥
Nothing bad to complain except after MIUI 12 update there are lot of UI bugs and glitches.
And I saw screen burnings and discovered that I only see them when dark mode is switched on. I think it's a dark mode bug.Not a hardware thing

After last update which is MIUI Global 12.0.1 Stable, Android 11 my phone restart sometimes, specially when I try to open camera.
