It has bug. Annoying.
Also restarts with no actual reason.
Cannot run heavy app.
Handy and good to hold in hand. Light weight.

I have been using this phone for 2 years. Until now it still works fine. very long battery life, 18W fast charging is very fast. Faster than the charging speed of the 11 pro max that I am also using.

This phone have great body build, mine was falling from motorcycle at 30KM/h and it's still good, even this phone body got very curved bcs get too much press yet the screen not even break!

I have one from june 2020 intil now and the quality of this smartphone is rabibsh , batterie not holding , call speaker always getting damaged, cellular network goes down

From december 2019 till now still redmi note 8 working good with it's original bettry widout any problam.only vibration is not working.

I'm still using the Redmi note 8. It's Good. But sometimes more lagging this phone so hard. It is so bad. I'm Not playing Big Games. I'm Playing Only Clash Of Clans. The Battery Is Good.

Monster of a phone using after 2 and a half years still
Battery hold ups very good if I don't play game it easily last the entire day browsing through usual apps like yt Facebook and what not
MIUI 12 and 13 are utter rubbish and garbage stick to the latest builds of MIUI 11 for optimal battery life and performance
Also unlock your boot loader and install a custom MIUI such as eu Xiaomi or MIUI mix....Xiaomi official MIUI is rubbish and needs lots of work no clue when they will actually take time to perfect a version of MIUI
