    Very bad experience mother board damage after 3 month .on godd responce at service center.After repairing mother screen seen black after call connect ,or receive.So i cannt able to disconnect call.experience at service center is very bad under warranty time.

          Been using it since i released had its ups and downs in software but by now its pretty refined never had any problems with performance pubg runs smoothly has a performance mode that i think helps the extended ram does keep more apps in back ground decent camera and i think the best new phone in its price battery is amazing never seems to run out display is good enough the only negative for me is the slow fingerprint sensor shitty face unlock and its a bit heavy

            My Redmi note 9 have been with 2 year.. No problem so far, Battery still good, Still run smoothly

                          Software is terrible. Dont buy MIUI phones. Everything is broken, from notifications to digital weelbeing.

                          Not joking. I tried everything. Even created xiomi support case, still no result. For a year already.

                            been using this phone for a year... the battery life and the performance is still good as the first time i bought it. there is only few small bugs on this phone after miui 12.5.3 update that you won't notice.

                                This is the trash phone ever I ever use. After freeze issue, now the SIM slot always disconnected itself, either its turned NO SERVICE (no bar), or the telco always gave me E (instead of LTE). I thought it was my telco being a sh1t but apprently now my other SIM got same issue. Trying lut on my other phone and both SIM and telco a fine. Really, trashiomi? REALLY?!

                                    Mine work fine, no problem.. It had been 2 year.. Still run smoothly

                                      I have been using it for over a year now.. I really hate the advertisements!! Everything else about the phone I like but the advertisements get crazy.. I'll be jogging and listening to music and when I'm trying to move to another music selection a Advertisements come popping up and cover the entire screen!! And you have to wait for a while to exit the advertisement!! Totally sucks 🤮!!
