It gives auto restart and the battery doesn't work fine. It has only been one and a half years since I bought this phone. I face lots of difficulties because of this battery issue.

actually it is already optimized on the update 13.0.2.0 and it performs great actually

My mom has that phone and it is teribble, it is slowwww and she told me that her note 9 takes 2 minutes to open a gallery and just yesterday her note 9 froze completely so she had to force restart it!

I regret buying this phone, it freeze a lot and I don't know if this happening to me only. When someone is calling it goes dark but keeps on ringing. Just don't buy this phone please and tech support isn't helping whatsoever.

im using 4gb ram model, its really good but miui is very slow and bloated, will start freezing every now and then, best would be to install another rom or debloat your miui with root

This mobile phone is the worst in the world Especially the RAM model 3GB The device freezes and does not respond.
I had to press and hold the power off button to reboot the system. The rom is terrible, the developer never updates the system. OTA Fix problems with software that malfunctions The system consumes too much of the device's resources, causing it to freeze. My English may be strange. I use google translate
