IS this phone good for just basic web browsing? No gaming, no multi tasking, camera doesnt matter, she just need fast enough phone for this. I also can get note 8 pro for even less money

I watch the gaming test on yt and this phone can handle most of the games I liked to play (pubg, cod, ml and lolwr). I'm not a camera guy so I don't mind if the cam is good or not, so this phone suit my taste.
And I'm planning to buy this phone this week.
But upon checking the comments here-- and most of it are negative comments-- now I got confused. Should I buy this one out or not?!?!
Please, please, please... I need the most honest opinion you guys can give me. Help me decide on this one. ;

Can't record video more than 10 seconds. And then after recording the 10seconds video bevomes 1hour video. I restore the camera settings to default. My phone is up dated..got this phone on 23 october. Please help if anybody can..🙏

Hello... I got the RN9 September and I must say it remains one of the worst smartphones in the market.. The ads are horribly annoying let alone the horror of apps closing up on their own command...I mean, who does that,?!?!🙄🙄🙄 The lagging malfunction is factory fitted on all the RN9 phones and hell,d notification led lights purported to blow one away is dead... Pls, if you detest heartbreaks, don't buy the RN9.

It's very laggy and is filled with bloatware and ads. You can, of course, remove them but it's just added hassle. plenty of other brands you can use normally straight out of the box. It was my first and probably last Xiaomi phone. I'll probably try another one someday but only if it's Android One.

hello everyone this is my first post on this website into the opinion. I have purchased a smartphone Redmi note 9. yes I have bought this phone online through the amazon website, after order, i have received this phone on location 31 august. The first 10 day this phone response is i have don't any idea about this product because this phone first time using. now i have completed used this 2 months above, now i facing sudden issues in this phone most of the isssue in this phone calling time continue is now i facing sudden a issues in this phone most of the issues in this phone during calling time. like when i am calling that time my phone continues showing dialling screen but already my call is picked up by another person is received and say me like hello hello. At that time i cant any response. that time if i am cut call and again calling now is another issue arrive like my voice is heard me. And now i am call cut and again calling now is everything is fine. and another minor issue face like some time mobile hang for time like 25 seconds to 30 second this issue is not big issue but top two mention issue is very irritating issues. If resolved all these issues than i can say this phone is the value of the money.
