Heavy graphics are still too much as the display says it, 1080 is not a joke for some heavy games/use, the higher the resolution the more the pixels are used. I hope you consider waiting for more updates than muttering about its performance for 2 days only.
I have been using the device for 2 months and it's perfectly smooth in my daily task.

Please add "Wireless FM" to the list of features for this phone. I was able to tune in to various FM stations in my area without needing a headset (which is not present with the box).

A waste of money, buy another phone.
MIUI is completely bad designed. There ads by default in the phone. Can you believe this! A lot of default and system apps come with this malware adds preinstalled.
If you use adb you can see a lot of processes that only are tracking all your usage.
And the hardware is terrible. The proximity sensor failed after 10 days of usage and there is not way to fix it. No recalibration possible. I want to return my phone and I would never buy a Xiaomi phone again.
My previous phone was a Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, that one was wood because it had Android One.
Redmi Note 9 is completely garbage.
If you look online you will find infinite post about the proximity sensor failure. Most of them couldn't fix this issue.

I tried everything, factory reset, recalibrating the sensor, changing the Android version, everything, but it is completely broken. It is a hardware failure in my case.
I will try to return it because I don't want to replace it. It is just a waste of money.

However, if you've got extra cash to spare go for the 4GB variant or higher. As for battery life: I can play PUBG for 6 Hours on Full charge and 3 Hours on 42%.

My phone, Redmi note 9 starts to ring once I remove it on silent even if there is no incoming call. Why is this happening. I can't keep it on permanent silent. It's started today and I bought the phone 2 days ago
