It is the worst phone ever. It is useless. It freezes and crushes all the time. U can not open intagram because it will freeze and u have to restart it. U can not open maps because it will happen the same thing.

I've been using this phone for 2 years, and i love it, but i think they should add a dual app update bc it's annoying when I'm trying to log in, the app send me a via Gmail code and the notification won't pop out untill I went to the app and when I return to the log in page, it closed, so please fix your phone before i change my brand

after i upgraded the os from 12.5 to 13.0, it got so slow and super laggy, it freezes my phone frequently. so i tried to downgrade it which didn't probably go well and my phone is good as

This was my phone. It suddenly died while I was charging it. Phone wont boot anymore. After checking with the technician, he asked me to replace my phone's motherboard. The cost is the same as buying this phone which is bs. I am hesitant now in buying a new xiaomi phone. Or should I switch to another brand?

I'm using this from 2020 and it still works smoothly but sometimes the app crashes and lags, and now it's been updated to miui13 and android 12 and makes the performance better
