Very satisfied with the phone,battery is great, performance is great!a bit heavy for holding in one hand.only issues had with newer miui updates from android 11 global,got screen cast issues,but reverted back to lastest android 10 release of rom(indonesian variant) and everything is perfect for now.Just have to notify there's touch - ghosttouch issue when charging only on wall charger.

The phone still works fine after 2 years of usage. I think the update makes the battery drain faster. But overall, still a good phone for its price. What phone do you recommend guys for gaming?

My phone has been on MIUI 12.5.11 RJZEUXM since June.

I have not yet received anything while Android 13 is coming.
What is Xiaomi doing? Just selling hardware with lot of bugs?

This Redmi Note 9 Pro is the Global Version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. the only difference is the 32MP Selfie Cam with a smaller sensor size(so they're technically the same).

pros--You can use two sim cards plus SD card. It has call recording without announcement.
cons--Camera is not as good as RN9 pro max but not bad. camera is not good at auto focusing a little bit.

I am using this mobile gor last 4 months.everthing is fantastic but It takes around 2 hours to get charged. Although i am charging with its original Fast charger. Any leads ?

Its my RN9Pro's second year to me, and still the best phone I had. Pretty decent camera, battery that still last for days in standby or 8-10hrs of screen time, i mean it is still usable and in good performance up to this day. But the only bugged me is the ghost touch issue that seems caused by Xiaomi's faulty mainboard. I mean, it is not an isolated case that many users are reporting ghost touches and disappears when you turn off and on the phone screen. So even if I did replace it now, there is no guarantee that ghost touches will never appear again.
Im back with MIUI 12.0.3.0 Android 10. My memory is sharp that I realised that these issues arised when Android 11 came up, although ghost touches is still present in the early builds of MIUI, it is not that aggressive than on Android 11.

Look the phone is good, but it is bogged down by Xiaomi's spyware and analytics. The camera is fantastic and the performance is good. The battery can last for more than two days if you don't play games on it, otherwise, one day will be the max, which is still not a problem. However, if Xiaomi removes the spyware they install for the Chinese government, the phone will be much better. Having to remove the spyware is a long process that you have to do using ADB and it really sucks, but it makes the phone much faster once done.

I think this a good phone , he has one of the best cameras I've ever seen, good for gaming : apex legends - call of duty - pubg ....
Also his battery is so good and it's charging under in hour , also he has so much speciale features that everyone need , i use it for one year and half ago , i recommend it for people .

Redmi Note 9 Pro User, so far so good, Battery Performance - Whole day using Data from 8am to 5pm (25% left battery) Check, Fast Charging almost for 52 minutes, Gaming Performance no Lag from ML, Call of Duty, MIR4, fast response, I Bought this June 2020 and so far very good, with the snapdragon 720g chipset.

I plan to get a brand new phone, but since it's 2 years old model, I presume the battery will not hold charge because of not being recharged for long.
Do you think there is a chance to have a bad battery?
