Tiff, 17 Jul 2020What about ui??UI? Well I've been using MIUI for three years, and i cant say any against its UI. The only thing that I should advise is dont update the system frequently, just wait for others feedback before updating cause some MIUI updates might do good, and some will mess up your phone.

Does it also charge 30W with screen on?
Some Samsung phones (S6, S7, S8) disable fast charging during screen on, according to Wikipedia.

I bought my redmi note 9 pro 8/128Gb 5 days ago. At first I encounter some problem with it. Toggles only 1 page and I cannot edit them, long charging time, battery drain too fast imo, some place at corner didn't respond when I touched it, zoom webinar cannot adjust volume, the volume just stay the same, but when I used bluetooth it's solved.
Last night I factory reset the phone 2 times, because the 1st reset still no good. The 2nd reset I didn't copy setting and account from my last phone. Just like this is my 1st phone. 3 of the problems solved. Toggles are full (2 pages and I can edit the toggles), fast charging time as advertised, battery drain now good enough. The unresponsive touch on the corner still there but not to bothering, zoom still hasn't tested it again.
Plus side : good screen, ips but if you used reading mode, it become comfortable to read in the dark. Comfortable heptic respond. Fast fingerprint unlock.
Until now i didn't have trouble with wifi connection, good signal on mobile network too. After reset 2times, I can say I'm satisfied enough with this phone.

My Redmi Note 9 Pro touch doesn’t response sometimes when I device is little hot after using. Specially if I play any game. I went to the nearest authorized service center, they called it software issue then they factory resetted my device but the problem is still there and they couldn’t solved it. I am totally helpless. What can I do now? I lost trust from Xiaomi. Just bought this device 15 days ago. :(

I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 pro two weeks ago. I have a problem with the WiFi disconnecting itself and being unable to reconnect until I reboot the phone. Anyone with idea how to fix it?

This is not a bug dude!!!! It's the phone, smart phone, which automaticly decrease the soud to save energy.

well I sold my phone because it has so many bugs first bug its volume when its battery goes under 50% its volume goes down I mean decrease I don't know it's a software bug moreover there is a lag when you pick up the phone or when you end up the call and finally one creepiest bug is the signal problem... realme 3 pro was far better in signal but this phone has some serious signal issues and finally the battery is good but charging time is too long
