Finally got my redmi note 9s yesterday (64/4gb) and I'm very excited as it's my first xiaomi device, I almost got discouraged after reading some complaints here but I have haven't noticed any issues so far. IT REALLY IS THE BEAST!

I bought this phone box pack, facing issue in proximity sensor sometimes, screen gets black on call or on WhatsApp audio and return when it gets end. Don't know is it common with everyone or i am the only one facing this issue. Even after i turned off the pocket mode.

I'm getting an insane camera error on this device. Heard from friends that this is a common issue in previous redmi too. Lately it's getting worse: black screen when launching cam apps. Since it can only be fixed by rebooting, I thought it has something to do with the software. I keep the phone up to date but so far I got nonsense update from xiaomi(gallery update, video update, download manager update, bla bla bla). Nothing to do with the cam. This is so frustrating tbh since I'm using the cam lot.

Anonymous, 23 Jun 2020Which is better redmi note 9pro or 9s?18W vs 30W fast charge, gm2 (48mp) vs gw1 (64mp) sensor. How much of a difference that makes, that is up to you, I'd personally save those 30-40$ for something else and get the 9s.
