My wife's phone (Galaxy S8) stopped working two days ago and we are unable to get her at the moment a somewhat "proper" smartphone until about a month or two from now. So, I ordered this one online for her to temporarily use and it was delivered yesterday (the following day). Well, we both are pretty impressed by it that she thinks it is alot better than her S8. We really don't bother alot and have looked away off Chinese smartphone brands for 8 years now (we were using iPhones up to iPhone 4, which were essentially Chinese made) because of its bad reputation. This, I guess, changes that. Yeah, we get it that the SoC is 2 years old and the screen resolution is not something of the proverbial to write home about, but it serves very well my wife's usage. She only plays games sparingly and generally uses her smartphone for web browsing, picture-taking, and social media, and this phone proves to be more than adequate. Switching between windows and even split-windows are a breeze- no hiccups at all. Camera is surprisingly fast and adequate as well. Call quality could never be better and the speaker is likewise adequate for reproducing voice and music. All we have left to test is durability by our 1 year old's tantrums as he was the cause of my wife's S8 conking out.

Battle Hero, 19 Jul 2018Qualcomm says SD636 is 40% better on performance than SD630... moreLet suppose sd625 performs 100 then sd630 is 10% better than it that makes sd630 110 and sd636 is 40% better than sd630 which makes sd636 154 so on comparing it from sd625 it is 54% more efficient.
I really wish you should have paid a little attention to your math teacher.

I'm a bit disappointed with my S2 in only one aspect. Before updating I had the option to choose whether I wanted to view a video on full screen or not. No it's gone. Some videos I watch are horrible when stretched out in a 5"99 screen. Can anyone help?

the audio quality is very much poor and we listen our own voice while we are doing the video chat, the receiving person audio quality was interrupting
