There is no "Prime", it is just to indicate that the model is the higher version which has 3/4gb of ram. It's easier to understand this way:
In india, there is redmi Y1 and Y1 lite. The high specs version has sd 435, 3/4 gigs of ram and a fingerprint sensor. The lite version has snapdragon 425, 2gb of ram and no fp sensor.
In china, they only name it "5A" and no specific naming between the lower (sd 425) and higher (sd 435) specs.

What do yo... moreI can't tell you how good Note 5A is,
But there is one thing i am very sure is,
That Redmi 4x 3gb are far more better than J7 pro,
Which i own both,
It's based on my gaming experience,
Which i found that Redmi 4x can maxed out the graphics setting on Mobile Legends, when J7 pro even with a mid setting still got some issues,
From what i experienced
I am assuming that Note 5A are definitely better than J7 pro,
In fact Note 5A is the upgraded version of Redmi 4x
