This is not a Sensor issue, same issue i am faced.
i have replace the handset with new one but issue still same.only problem in xolo stock Rom. pls update on kitkat or Old version of 4.2.1 JB, problem got solve.

I went to the service center and showed them this issue. it seems some sensor issue is there so they told they will replace the sensor next week as currently they didn't had the proximity sensor in stock. Hope this weekend when i go i could get it replaced within a day and collect it on monday.

Jelly beans version has an app memory of 0.98gb but soon we all expect a kitkat os update by month end of august online. then it should be around 3.5 GB. You can buy it this month any ways jelly beans is also a very stable os. so if really interested in this marvellous phone you can definately buy it this month itself :)

Root your phone by VRoot software. create partitions in your sd card and use Link2SD software to move your unmovable apps to sd card. Xolo q3000 very bad phone. Last 8the month use mobile my money wasted any reason no new update & q3000 mobile produced very low category.my dear all friend no wast your money & time.

Has any other xolo3000q user been notified of a TertiaryTracker Trojan by any antivirus?
It seems the only option is to root the device or flash the device with another official ROM. But that's not quite acceptable to me as I just bought the device today!
Guys...any suggestions?

Go to official service center and free update to KitKat(If your phone is under warranty)
