I have already download OTA update 12.1(5.1.1) but can't install it. I have custom ROM installed on my handset install by YU phira laxmi nagar service centre . I can't root my yuphoria and can't able to open bootloader. I have build number LRX22G dev- keys , what does it mean I font know . please help me as soon as possible

I brought my new phone yu yuphoria ...the multi-touch is not work i don't play any multi-touch game they have a big problem ....so plzz better this issue... YU custmr plzz make give solution of this issue plzzzzzz...

AnonD-553130, 25 Jun 2016Touch is not working....what can I do now?...1/2 touch thn ... morethe same thing happened with me. Suddenly the phones touch got semi-responsive. I press two times and the touch becomes unresponsive for a moment and after 5secs it works again,touch works again for two presses and becomes unresponsive. How to repair this??

this is good phone I bought June 2015 and after 10 months I got white line in display so I went to micromax fill the form and after 15 days I got a new phone this is best co for mobile and this June i finished one year with this phone and this phone work wonderful and battery also good after one ur usage

Dont purchase this phone.. this is fake company which making fool to indian.. after 6 month me and my frnd got the display problm. when we called the custermer care they said its display problm and we dont find any solution for this so will let you know once get the solution... still 1 year they didnt get the solution and we felt like we cheated bcz we believed in new company in market.. my worst experience with this company even sevice center also not provide the proper answer. dont do waste your money.. there are another lots of issue in this company phone...

yesterday i brought yuphoria on android and from today it started gives me trouble yet i m facing too much trouble like sometimes touch doesn't work and colour changing also my phn dealer said to me you can go in micromax service and they will replace ur phn with another.
will they change ?

Hi I kisan I had purchase the Yu- yuforia on android buffed steel cellphone from amazon on 18 oct 2016 but now I had lots of problem with my cellphone from last month.
I went to micromax service centre at patil plaza pune on 28 may 2016 for sound problem only they told me that u will got your phone within 8-10 days but after that I asked for the status they told that it takes more time you should speak with your customer care then I call to customer care they told that phone work is completed and send to service centre again I call to service centre they told that they found that problem is not solved so it need more time after that I left that topic think that now when it will get ready then only I will received the phone.
After that I received my cellphone on Thursday 16 Jun 2016 sound problem is solved but new problem creates that after inserting both SIM cards phone didn't get on & If single SIM card placed in sim 1 it get on but no range will found. I am getting very nervous and again I give my cellphone to the micromax service centre at patil plaza pune they told that it need one and half months period to solve the problem.
I request to all of u that pls give me the my cell phone ASAP actually I don't have any major problem with Single SIM within last 6 months I just have problem of sound but now I getting very nervous.

Hi friends. I'm a doctor. I have never wrote any comment. This was the worst phone I have ever seen. It is heating like any thing. My ears r burning n I'm getting headache in a few minutes. Plz don't buy. N to the company -plz stop the product n don't play with the lives of the people.n to the people who r writing that this is good phone, be genuine n don't misslead others.

I'm using the phone for almost 10 months, so far its awesome and worth of the money
I've had no heating problems and sometimes the camera shows a blue screen ,apart from that its a good phone
in my opinion its a good buy

I bought this phone pretty good experience but sometimes multi touch is not working and does not have cyanogen and that's cheating
