Been using this SmartPhone for around 4months now. I did buy the Cyanogen OS version, as I am not a fan of AOSP. Earlier I faced a lot of issues like Lagging, Screen flickering, Double tap to wake not efficiently functioning but after the COS12.1 update, I must admit the phone simply is almost 99.99% free from bugs. Camera Quality: Back Camera is good and Front is the best as compared to its competitors. Overall its the best phone within 7k. Only the negative point is that it has no OTG support otherwise Its awesome

I am facing Camera problem in my Youphoria from the first day of purchase, sometimes camera get stopped working and after two or three times of starting camera it started working normally, also during calling its screen get activated and unusual buttons getting start operating causing speaker On, hold, mute etc:-
Don't know this is about a single piece problem or for a entire lot. But I am not satisfied with this phone and after five days of purchase of this phone I am planning to buy another phone, I have just wasted my money on this phone.

yu is an totally fake company... worst service ever they usedvto provide .. I am facing audio jack problem from last 2 months.. they said they will generate my waybill number for replacement now it has gone 2 months and they havnt provide me any replacement... and not even trying to solve my problem... I only suggest that don't purchase any phone ofbyu company...

My father bought me the yu yuphoria on 25th september. This is the best phone for the price range and i didn't get any issues. I have used it for more than 3 months and no faluts in the phone. Built in speakers gives a good sound clarity and the headphones produces a good sound output. All the sensors are working and graphics are good for moderate games. No lag because of the 2gb ram. Internet surfing is super fast. Battery backup is good. The front camera and rear camera captures high quality images and both cameras can record 1080p hd videos. Android lollipop 5.0.2 and runs CyanogenMod 12 on top. With cyanogenmod I can customise the phone. The phone have the ability to charge 0 to 60% within 45 minutes. The phone heats up a little bit when surfing the internet using the sim data(not wifi), playing high end games and charging, but still not a big problem. The other problems are that the otg support and the notification led is missing(not a major issue for me and some users). With the above facts i can suggest that yu yuphoria is the best phone i have used and if you are also looking for a phone with a good performance for a cheaper price(below 8k) go for yu yuphoria.

Anyway thanks for you reply. The OS was not the issue for not having the record option. Below answer by VIJAY RAJAN in amazon website helped me to enable Record Option :)
" You can see a button (with three vertical dots) on the call screen right next to the pause button, ONLY AFTER a call connects. Tap on it to see two options: ADD CALL or RECORD CALL. Calls can be recorded only manually, so unlike Redmi, Yuphoria doesn't allow you to record all calls by default. Also, there's a "Blocked Caller List" option under "Privacy" in Settings. Interestingly, if you switch this option off, you will lose the "Call Record" feature. So keep that on."

If you look at any phone in it's price, even you will feel that this is awesome. In price range of upto INR 10,000, this is the best phone.
If you expect the performance of 4GB RAM, Octa-Core 2.2 GHz Processor, Photos of 20MP resolution, 13MP Selfie resolution, Clarity of 4K screen, Battery-Life of 5000mAH, from a budget phone, you will never get it and will never give good reviews. This is what people do.
If you overload the phone, it will get damaged. You should use it within IT'S limits, NOT within the limits of all the Best-in-Class features as specified above

Micromax doesn't have 'THE WORST' Service, even Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo have cases of phones not being returned for over 1.5 years. Micromax provides good service too, but the ones getting good service shut their mouths. And! One month is minimum for most brands on major problems. Micromax takes time for small issues also because many people bring phones also for a simple 'battery low, mobile turnoff' and complain as if the Micromax phone has brought them into big troubles and give to the Service Centre, that is why those people too get angry and behave rudely.
