The phone is good but there is some issue like I am not able to see the call button when I dial a new number on the dialler. I need to save the number first then to call. What to do tell me please?/

my yuphoria fell in water yestrday and now when i lock it means turn off the screen it automaticall gets switched of n when i try to switch it on it doesnt aftr 4-5 minutes when i turn it on it gets turned on what to do some1 plz help me its just 1 mnth old

This e-mail is in reference to the concern regarding to your Yureka device. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
In response to this email, we would like to inform you that kindly follow the steps which are mentioned below in order to resolve your device issue:
1. Kindly switch off your device
2. And then long press the power key with volume up key and down key (Simultaneously),
3 Then you'll get recovery mode page,
4. And then kindly select Wipe out/factory data reset and then select yes,
5. And after that kindly select reboot system now,
Note: Before doing this steps kindly take the back up of your device data if you are able to take.
Kindly follow below mentioned steps in order to take backup in your device:-
1. For contacts backup move contacts to SD/SIM card or synchronize your contact with Google account.
2. Settings > Backup & Reset > Backup my data > Turn the toggle ON.
3. For apps backup go to Settings > Apps > All Apps > Tap & Hold on App > Move to SD card.
4. Kindly move your media contents to SD card or you can take it in your Laptop/PC.
Note: for backup procedure you must have a working data connection or Wi-Fi connection.
