The Yu Yureka phone is one of the worst phones supported by the after sale service which is deplorable.The phone from day one was problematic and went dead frequently and just a month before warranty went dead completely.The service centre in pune rarely attends to any call and had to physically go to the service centre on nagar road in pune and it took exactly a month and 1 day to get the phone back.The service centre had no battery to test the phone and i had no means to charge the battery in the absence of the phone.All contacts were erased and proximity sensor ,camera and flash light were non functional and have managed to set right proximity sensor after repeated attempts but camera and flash light remainsnon starter.This phone should be removed from the market and Micromax should give an alternate phone to all the customers who purchased this phone and recal this phone like is done for defective components of cars and replace with any other reliable model.

Guys who are complaining of heating issues please stop it! It can't be avoided in any phone! Even the much praised iPhones and Samsungs overheat to a whole new level. Overheating is due to the Extreme complexity of the Circuits of the new Generation Mobiles and Devices. I challenge you guys to tell me one phone which doesn't Heat-Up without extra cooling Systems like Liquid Cooling Systems and Heat Absorb Grease etc. Heating can be allowed or accepted upto 44 C, above that it may be a threat to the phone, but Heating is a natural result of the working of Highly Complex Circuits.
Battery might be weak, what is wrong? This is a highly complex mobile and was with one of the most Advanced features when it launched and still is a GEM in terms of Gaming! This gives a decent 16+ Hours of Back-Up with moderate usage which is great for such a phone! For a clear image, battery life of much praised phones with moderate usage - Samsung J7 gives 16 Hours with a much Superior Battery and much Inferior Specs, iPhone 6S gives 14 Hours with approx. same specs, Nexus 6P gives about 17 Hours with nearly same specs and much Superior battery. What say?
Why do you people always freaking contact the service Centre for every small issue? Maybe you are using it in a faulty way! If you stop wasting Service Centre's time for small issues like heating etc., then it will have time for Larger issues and give On-Time servicing! And yes, it is bad for you people to advice people to stop buying this phone just for ONE cause, either Battery doesn't last or Heating up! Then buy NO PHONE! iPhones cost like shit and have no Dual SIM set-up and no Mem.Card Option. Samsung phones hang like hell and have one of the most Fragile screens on earth and also many Samsung's don't offer Mem. Card again, Nokia refuses to upgrade to making smartphones (Microsoft is manufacturing, not Nokia), Blackberry is very old and is also out of fashion now, no Motorola except X Play has something good to offer! Why buy Smartphones, just live lives of Tribals! Every phone has it's set of Pros and Cons and it has to be appreciated for what it is offering..... This is a great camera phone and is a Legend of gaming, has one of the most crisp screens but yes, has it's share of negatives like any other phone........ Don't bash for THOSE one or two reasons (Heating and battery) which are a major issue in EVERY smartphone today.

I am facing the ... moreplease use Yureka original charger or u can use box packed Samsung original data cable for charging ur mobile don't use copied or other data cable it will show reverse charging. My problem was solved in that away hope ur be like that.

poor signal reception even in good signal available area. Till now there is no SW update for this. Wasted my money on purchasing this junk . My suggestion is, stop buying this brand.

all dear friends .
i bought a new yuphoria phone , after 20 days there was a problem of speaker in my handset , then i deposited my handset in micromax service center. the work done by service center is v.v.v.v.v. cheap , low & unsatisfactory work . they change my speaker with some old speaker. and send my phone in my same address . so my experience with yu 5010A is very bad . so i suggest to everyone to not buy this phone even i suggest to everyone not buy the every set of micromax

And i have got that phone with heating problem .and when i report this in shop they send tbe phone to delhi and i got an another phone with sensor complaint . So no body dont buy this phone . It is a worth less phone

so from April 4 2016 -June 1 2016, My Yureka is not repaired,
It went for 2 times to delhi with out battery and cover. when second time i sent it came in the same state i have sent and when i called Yu-Care what they told that you havent submitted your back cover and mobile,thats why we returned you and now they are saying you dont have any choice other than sending it once more and send with battery n cover.
i dont understand why they have service center and how will it run when they dont communicate.
Bullshit.
Hopeless.
Worst.
Not 3rd glass or sleeper glass it must go in category of GEN.

I suggest never to buy dis yureka mobile. The reason behind this is
1) There is no proper service centres. I wasted my time and money both in the service centres but I didnt get any response.
2) Battery backup is the worst. This mobile gets switched off constantly 10 times at a moment.
3) yureka hangs like anything. Even though features are better than any other mobile but the quality of mobile is very cheap.
4) yureka cannot be sold online in amazon or flipkart because the exchange price is null.
5) Cellphone gets heated up quickly.
Kindly do not waste your money in this mobile.

what men !!!!! i think this is awsum phone one of the best in this price and service also good !! i too was with bluur screen problem and auto reboot !! then helped and exchnged my phone !!!! just der is issue of battry otherwise !!! u can go for it
