very, very poor service micromax yuphoria. It's shocking for you last 3 monts i am rugularly up & down service centers. but no response no one solve my problem company or service center
I wast my lot of time and also money. I suggest you please Never purchase Yuphoria and tell your all relatives. Please......
Obyes its my first and last yuphoria phone. and i tried in my relations on one purchase Micromax yuphora.

Now it is OK... but i feel battery draining a bit faster than earlier....
One thing very sure, this is my first & last Yureka phone...

yureka service is very poor & long processing of repairing the yureka device.
yureka representative is not giving the correct answer ....

I think after the latest update most of the problems like screen going blank heating draining etc have been addressed. Hope to have good experience with yureka in future

Phone is good, using from 1 year, some time its hot, but after all its cool and Shandar, some time screen got blank, but corrected automatically.

i am using this phone 1year
my phone restart when i am calling someone,
charging 2 times a day,
when 2-3 big apps running phone rebooting,
when suddenly openning any apps while working it takes a lot time to load or else it closes all the apps,
but phone camera quality and other things are good.
overall phone is good with some issues.

Worst ever customer care service , toll free no not working. They replace your phn with used one, even then the problem exist. It took them 2 months to exchange the used defective phones. Don't ever buy it.

Not happy with this phone. Battery gets drained. Within 8 months of purchase the loudspeaker stopped working. Problem with the charger slot. The phone lights get off suddenly.
Overall not satisfied !!!

Its the worst company, worst phone and worst customer service you will ever receive. First of all the phone has a lot of issues than any other thing in the world,heating issue , phone hanging , camera quality, touch issue,color fading of display. And in addition to this it has the worst customer service, when you ask for a solution the only solution they have got for any problem is restore your factory settings and even after that the problem isn't solved flash the device.and even after going through all this shit the problem isn't solved they somehow get agreed to exchange the phone which takes near about 45 days itself to dispatch the product from their warehouse and when you receive the handset its already a used defective product which is even worst than the previous one you had. Never gonna buy again or even suggest anyone for this brand not even to my enemy.

Worst customer care service takes too much time to repair your even inspire of a very small problem

YU is Micromax nothing changed.
Customer support is worst , they only know to format the phone for any issues.
Phone is not tested properly, heating, hanging and restart issues from the first day.
They replace your device with worst condition refurbished device instead of repair you set.
My experience 6 months WiFi issue , 1 camera gone, my phone replaced with a refurbished device having lot of scratches. No resale value.
