I am in love with this phone. It's 6-7 months for now. I have no complaints. 3G works fine! :) I did not try 4g . I upgraded os to lollipop. Camera is so fine! I even do photography with this phone, and everybody gets astonished when I say clicked with the phone camera. The camera focus is quite good :) Battery stays for a day. All the apps work fine in this phone. Am loving it 😘

Its nice phone with all good features under Rs.10000, but think twice before purchase.
Because last month I got some problem with my set & I go to Micromax service centre, & they refuse even to see my phone.
They said yureka is not tieup with Micromax for further service & we can't help u anything with this mobile in future.
Think about it.

My mobile Display is broken.Called for customer care more than 10 times. Each time they took 20 mins to register the complaints. Finally they pick my mobile for service then inform with in 15 days your mobile will be get served back. Tell today i did not get any way bill number from them. When i called them informed till it will take 7 working days. Please people who wants to buy this mobile dont go this is my humble request. Such a worst service not even tracking they are not providing...................

It is the very good phone...it's rear camera and front camera are really very very good.....it is very good conditions for all specification..... And I'm happy for buy this mobile YU YUREKA.....

hi friends i have purchased yureka 2 months back working gud but paytm app is stopping repeadtly ,theme chooser is not able to customize and saying that theme chooser is stopped,mx reg has failed when playing videos.
main problem is that yesterday i was seeing videos in youtube at night and not felt any sort of heating issue while playing videos but after that i kept my mobile under the pillow and slept .in the morning when i took my mobile it was heating at 60-65 or may be 70 gegrees i don't know.i kept mobile on my cheek literally saying i could not hold on its for a minuite on my cheek.
after that i have removed pannel and waited for a while, it got down to normal temperature.
my doubt is that if we use mobile continously it will get heated it is normal case why did it got heated even thought i haven't used it? is it a special feature of yureka . do any one is facing same problem and have any suggestion reregards this

finally finally finallly and finally since one month i had no restart issues with the phone.... only problem left now is battery backup... i play nova 3 for 2 hours and battery goes from 90% to 10% ... but its an awsome phone in that price bracket

REVIEW of YUREKA YU MOBILE sold at AMAZON.in
I totally disagree to the so much +ive reviews expressed of Yureka YU phonemarketed by Amazon.in.
2. I have only purchased the phone as I am an old customer having very positive opinion of Amazon.in, in fact I consider this as no.1 online shopping site in India. Due to my faith in Amazon.in and a scarcity type market strategy shown with economic prize vis-a-vis features advertised for the Yureka YU mobile phone, I purchased a set during Feb-2015. It was going well for about 3 months and all of a sudden started giving problems. The helpline of the YU-team send a link to upgrade it with Lollipop from existing Kitkat version of Android. But, the real problem started with its upgradation as it has so many bugs, for eg:
a. The Proximity sensor stops working, the screen becomes blank resulting in that
the incoming calls cannot be picked, nor the caller id be seen and also cannot
be dialed.
b. The mobile becomes hot.
c. The battery is of very inferior quality having small storage and small life.
d. All of a sudden the ringer and vibration has stopped.
e. The phone is giving new problem everyday.
2. Coming to the support and warranty side, the support is very, very poor. They pick your call after a great hasttle, even upon receiving email they call back you within 24-48 hours and repeats the same solution (to run the USD code *#*#7769#*#*). They donot accept the request to remain on online for 5-10 minutes or to arrange a call-back after 30-60 minutes, so that the feedback of working of solution provided be obtained or further doubts, if any, be clarified. They donot take back the phone for service at Service Center nor they replace the same within warranty.
3. A complaint has also been forwarded to Amazon, but no solution received till date.
4. I do not recommend to buy this sort of Cheap Mobiles even at respectable and trustworthy sites like Amazon, as its just duping the Customers.
