my yureka plus is dead and i complaint on 23 dec 2015 and yu didnt replace my handset at this time. it is not a trustable brand

i am purchasing yureka plus is last 4 month. Now my os is kitt kat. I cant upgrade the os in lolipop. Please tell me tha reason. It is not give the upgrade.

I am facing lot of problem form my yurkea device at a time of using device screen is black and i register complaint to customer care and now they are not giving proper response .
Phone services is very bad as well customer care service also very worst.

This upgrade fixes lot of issues including hanging.
This upgrade also reduces heating to some extent which according to me is tolerable.
To fix proximIty sensor problem you can re-calibrate it, there are many videos on you tube regarding it. GO AND CHECK THEM.
