I bought YU plus yesterday but I can not find my sim cards contacts . if any one know how to show contacts please help.thanks

Okey this phone is better for a normal user. Some problems are there still to be settled . I cannot use this phone for more than a twenty minutes. It is getting heated .l can boil an egg with that .most of my time is on charging place. It takes too much time to get charged completely . fine camera .front one is not good at all. For me it is a dream to update my yureka into lolipop.. Some apps are being stopped by itself. Getting hang etc. I can not stop my phone from vibrating while I am typing.
Overall I like it. Because it is my first. My sister is usins the same phone .Please do something.I found all of your customers are not satisfied ..

my yureka plus is not asking for cm12.1 update... before buy d phn I se on net its update in 5.0.1 but when I buy its in 4.4.4 KitKat. pls help me...!

For the proximity sensor issue
Step 1 : Open the Phone Dialer on your device.
Step 2 : Dial *#*#7769#*#* (This is the secret code for Proximity calibration menu).
Step 3 : Now Proximity Sensor Calibrator menu appears, hit
START .
Step 4 : Place your hand on the top of the sensor, make sure it doesn’t touch your device and let your hand be in air. When it says come near place your hand on top of the sensor and when it says move away take it back. Do this for 4-5 times and hit STOP and then EXIT .
Step 5 : Make a call and see if it’s fixed or not. If it is not fixed then try calibrating it again.
