Kodandaramjammu, 19 Dec 2015I could not set my favourite sound as ring tone for this yu... morecopy the sound you want to use as ringtone to ringtones folder in the internal memory... then go settings and from sounds option choose the sound you have copied.. it would be present there

Eventhough i loved the mobile for gaming, it have Heating Problem and Proximity sesnsor issue.
Phone Hang after the cynogen update.

yash, 06 Dec 2015hey plz suggest wich one better YU Yureka Plus or Canvas 5 Obviously go for Canvas 5 as it has better Multi-tasking and better battery almost all other specs are same

OR Micromax Yu Yureka Plus...pls tel fast w... moreGraphic wise etc. Yu Yureka is better but Black 1X has a better RAM but has bad battery, overall both are tie, but I prefer Yu Yureka as it has Cyanogen and is better for customization, if you want Android updates on time and comparatively better multi tasking, go for Black 1X or both are almost same.

This phone yu yureka is totaly bad product.A lot of problem we are facing .Software system not proper update.heating to much..At the time of call,sound passes outside.system updation again again..speaker not good...

1.heating frequently.
2.phone is shutting itself and restarting.
3.speaker is not working frequently and is working after restarting the phone.

I purchase Yureka in Fab 2015 I hav so many problem with this mobile. with in month I hav problem face heating then with in 3 months charge point are not working Yu team thanks he change my trans receiver but a lot of I complaint then and Battery backup is not good recently i face problem with his Data Cable I order a usb data cable on 22-11-2015 then he care executive told me with 48 Hr. you got data cable But till 10-12-2015 I m not receive cable and he also generate a waybill no. me on date 25-12-2015. I try lot of to Care all time he say wait wait wait I am very disappointed this service.

No, for a Yu mobiles Servicing you can't go to a Micromax Service Centre, for Servicing a Yu mobile you should call the Service Centre, then they will come and take your phone or you can go to their Service Centres . Yu has Door-Step Service. Time taken for servicing depends upon 2 things, your location and severity of phone's condition.
