Installed GingerBread, Froyo and HoneyComb. All stable except the Honeycomb. Good phone. One can also overclock the processor to 729Mhz. I simply love it.

I've got a Blade with 5Mp camera. Great phone for 120 Euros here in Holland.

That is the ma... moremajor issue, camera quality is low, and video not very good.rest is very good, for 120% u can not better.
i estimate this phone at 250-350$.

like gingerbread 2.3.4 and it wont be slow.

Also Battery is around 20 hours with average use.
I will expect the HTC LIBRA to fix wifi and battery

Bought this phone to replace a se x8.
Unlocked it and using it on 3
So far it is much better.
Screen larger and better resolution.
Phone much faster.
Camera slightly better.
Video worse.
GPS, just slighty worse.
Look and feel better.
Call quality is yet to be determined.

next wildfire s user, 26 Jul 2011Hi everyone! Can u tell me if this ZTE blade is a phone tha... moremany zte blade around since 10 months and no problem so far.
battery: 10 am fully charged,at 20h00 battery 56%full 10 hours later., not so bad for an android
i took 20 pic, check mails 5-6 times, send 20 pic by email, rest of time, sat off, wifi off, screen on auto amd 1 minute off,and surfed 10-15 minutes .no call.
u can make 2days with the zte blade, maybe 3.

Hi everyone! Can u tell me if this ZTE blade is a phone that will work for arround 2 years or is it very easy to demage/ruin/break?
Do u think HTC wildfire s is better in this point (durability)?
The difference of price is ZTE blade 100€ vs HTC Wildfire S 150€

tried the wildfire S, this zte is still the best. even the camera is not worse than the wildfire S but the screen is the best around. very close of an iphone 4.
I still dont understand why people buy 500-800$ phone, when they can get a very good phone for 99 pounds or 130 swiss francs at orange.
my friends who have wildfire for 400$ were choked when they saw my ZTE with true glass screen..
they said they will sell it on ebay, and buy a blade...

ive got this phone its the san francisco though aka blade i love it.The things you can do with it is unbelievable,ive unlocked mine for free it only has a 600mhz processer but it packs a punch.For 70pounds its amazing the only thing it lacks is a flash media player and no transfer of apps to the sd card.Other then that its amazing

WIFI=amazing, better than nokia, inside I can get my neighbour open connections 10/10
SOUND= just OK, not the best for music, need to buy good earphone 6/10
SCREEN= fantastic, I dont see any difference with IPHONE4, and i have the TFT, not OLED.
screen is slightly less sensitive than Iphone which is better I think. 10/10
CAMERA= just good during the day.it s just a basic camera, nothing special. 5/10
ANDROID MARKET= very good, can install many games, pimball,...8/10
MEMORY=300 mb with android 2.3.4 8/10, it use part of the external memory, when you install gingerbread, it does the installation automatically.
UPDATE and UNLOCK= super easy on modaco website.10/10
BLUETOOTH= work only to send pic and music, didn't really use it.8/10
RADIO=OK, sound is low, need good earphone.7/10
EXTERNAL SPEAKER= good, loud, is on the right side, not behind 8/10
WEBBROWSER= native android, work well. fast. 8/10
for 100euro, it s a fantastic phone! I have it since 6 weeks now , and I really like it.

u dont need to use a task killer on the blade, task killer use more battery, because open and closing program use more than just having prg sitting there in the background. try it, open 15 prg, you will make over a day with light use...

Got my Orange San Francisco for £84.99 including £10 top up. The price is a bargain for a phone with these specifications and considering you can even unlock it for free and upgrade to Android 2.2 makes the price even better.
The camera in my opinion is very good in good lighting, however is very poor with artificial lighting at night and there is also no flash. I also don't like the multi-tasking, which you need to open the task manager to switch to your other applications and re-open it again to switch again. The battery drains quite rapidly and daily charging will most likely be required.
Other than that, cool phone running Android and probably the best new phone you can buy for under £100.
