Tried everything I could think of, then my last resort was to hard reset. So I did. Now I can't get beyond the part where you choose to transfer backup or not.

I did the latest update today and the phone is now fried. It was working fine before this.
* Cant add any app icons to home screen
* Everytime you restart the phone or turn off and back on it reverts back to default settings and all home icons and widgets go to default also.
* Spotify app cant be closed in status bar
Why dont the team do enough testing before deploying updates? You have stuffed it all up. Fix it ASAP!

Received a new update for the phone NX659J-UNcommon_V8.57. After installation of the update I am having trouble with streaming application every time I run stream app and open a game the game will be lag and when I turn off streaming app the game will back to normal. also restart option from the power button is gone. it's displaying "Emergency" only when long-press the power button. Also having problem with the icon every time I arrange the icon then restart my phone it always go back to original setup

Ever since the V857 update, the phone has reverted the arrangements of my icons and widgets back to factory. Whenever I try to restore my arrangements, the phone will not create icons on the home screen, and the existing changes revert back to factory when I restart my phone.
Customer service is notoriously unresponsive bordering on nonexistent.
Great performance before this update, but look elsewhere for reliability.

Received a new update for the phone NX659J-UNcommon_V8.57. After installation of the update I am having trouble with the Wifi connectivity, wifi is getting disconnected again & again & displaying no internet access. also restart option from the power button is gone. it's displaying "Emergency" only when long-press the power button.

phone working great a year in, easy win vs flagship phones
also have a galaxy s20, still prefer this
even gets like 300-400 Mbps on wifi 6, everything is fast

i have been using it for more than a year since it launched, my friends they got the blackshark 3 pro and rog 3 as well, we made a comparison , until now they all regreted for getting those instead of red magic 5g with me that time. we have been pubg player for long time and the side toggle button still red magic is the best and the built in cooling fan made then phone the best , they got their own external cooler and it was so annoying with something stuck at the back of your phone and blocking the way you for holding the phone normally . i always have the full coverage during pubg never get disconnected or lag, when the 5g launched , i am the one always get the coverage and they have to reboot the phone or go to certain corner to get 5g signal most of the time. i never have problem with the google play store , gmail , or all the apps like everyone mentioned earlier . apps always launch properly never crash after i update.

wan, 21 Mar 2021me too..cant open pubg after new update.. why..?Fixed it by installing global/spanish rom of nubia. updated pubg can run.but there is a twist, the mobile data is unstable.if your using wifi is ok.

Hi am using this mobile since 5 months, very good mobile it's very fast in gaming performance but for other things it's one of the worst mobile I have ever used.. instead of this better I would have purchased an iPhone.. one of the worst mobile ever from ZTE and am sorry to say this.. but your software is worst.
Apps doesn't open
Launcher have issues
Settings too bad
Cannot find many options which can be found easily on other android mobiles.
I prefer people do not buy this or give better software compatible for ur device.
