I have my mother on my plan- two separate phones, two separate phone numbers- basically a "family plan". lately she's been using my apps and reading my emails- there's no help from metro pcs on keeping my info from showing up on her phone. they tell me there's nothing they can do about it. hmmmm. they tell me that any app I have or download to my phone will show up on hers. how can this be? all other carriers with family plans don't share info. anybody have any ideas how to keep a snooping mother out of my personal info?

My phone mic doesnt work. When i call people they cant hear me but i can hear them clearly. I have to put the phone on speaker in order for it to work.I recently bought this phone as well.

All WiFi is off. But when I go in to screen for system updates. It says update over WiFi only. I hit to install it again. Nothing happens. I turn off/on my cell & still nothing. Don't know how long this has been. With Stagefright virus going around. Could this be a direct cause from virus? Help plz.

My problem is the charge port I have to get the charger in there just right and don't breath and hopefully it will charge. I thought maybe it was just me but I have bought 2 phones both had the same problem and my sister bought the exact same phone and is having the same problem too. That is probably why people are trying to take the battery out. I didn't but I can see how it would happen. So I need to know did my sister and I buy the only 3 phones with charging problems in the country or is it a design flaw? I've bought 2 this year and hers is only 3 months old. Auuugh!!! Please help! I love this phone please tell me an easier way to charge it before I lose it.

My father bought the ZTE ZMAX one day and loved the phone because of its "phablet" appearences anyway a woman stole his phone and and she tried to take off the back but the back is unremovible and messed up the edges sooner my father started having the "problems" that everyone else had with the phone we went to a metro pcs corporate store and we asked if we could exchange it since it has a one year warranty anyway the lady behind the desk said that the phone couldn't be exchanged because of the damage so my father pretty much got ripped off

I had an issue with mine and even though it was insured I refused to p ah the deductible as it was a manufacturer defect. They gave me drama in the beginning but they will admit to you that even with no insurance you have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. And three policy is that if they do not have a warranty phone in stock and need to order one you keep yours till it arrives at their store. About 3-5 business days

I love my ZTE Z MAX Z970 it is the best phone I've had I bought mine after my bf bought one & haven't had any problems with it. But.... my BF's phone just QUIT making & receiving phone calls one day and hasn't worked since...????? Everything on the phone works EXCEPT for the phone calls We have Googled, called customer support several times spent about 3/4 hours on the phone with them AND driven the 1.5 hour away to the nearest Metro store and although the metro temporarily fixed it (for about an hour) we don't know what is wrong with it and we are REALLY hoping someone (qualified..) might know what's going on and how to fix it... he has never tried to remove battery & has taken pretty good care of it and just bought it at the beginning of February this year... PLEASE help us if you know/might know the problem & how to fix it...

I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now and imthe camera is suddenly disabled because of security policies or is being used by other apps and I do not know how to fix this problem this is bullshit. My kyocera hydro life never had this problem

I'm super disappointed in this phone I've had 4 of them in the past 4 1/2 months this shit be tripping won't charge,opena shit when I'm trying to x out of messages or anything.... I'm bout to call 3 on ur Side... For help this company knows of the issues n still won't make Gd on shit if I has money I'd buy a different one not this model cuz this is shit I have insurance on the phone yet all they want is more money..... Feeling very disappointed never in my life have I hated a phone maker more then these guys what a disgrace
