ive had this phone going on 7mos now. I've dropped it several times, subjected it to cheap chargers and it still works like new. had to change carriers to version and got an experia. that phone died after one soft landing. boy am I greatful for my ZTE max

I love my Zte Zmax. Wouldn't want another phone ever. great for multi-tasking. Great camera, rear and front.

I have had my zmax about three months and am extremely satisfied. Long battery life is excellent and the deal breaker for me and the large display. I listen to music alot so I needed good battery life. I like big screens too. No complaints at all from me as it does what I need it to do..and its CHEAP. For the price couldn't ask for a better phablet.

Boom, 28 May 2015I read a blog where someone said they were having the same ... moreRemoving sd card fixed mine as well , I shipped the first one off and when I put my sd card and all I started having the very same issues with my pic gallery crashing contacts crashing launch crashing and pictures disappearing but now its working fine

I have a ZTE MAX for 6 months and have no complaints at all. Cheap price great performance, play games like Las Vegas 4 with great graphics. Fast in internet. You tube perfect. Can't ask for more with this price.

I bought and installed... moreit gets worst I got mine for Christmas and now it won't charge Or turn on and it Was perfectly fine the day before it went bad At first it wouldn't charge unless the phone Was off and now it won't even turn on it just vibrates and the red light keeps flashing for a while and just stops completely

I just got this phone around 3 days ago? & I downloaded snapchat , every time I wanna take a picture or record with flashlight with back camera it doesn't work. The flashlight turns on but doesn't take picture nor video. Please help.

It is sort of hidden in one of those headings you wouldn't expect. I think it might be in the Sound heading. And, in a subheading of that. I don't have my phone here, so, I can't be more detailed than that, but, I did it to a friend's phone yesterday. I will try and give you better details later.

from S3 to Zmax grrr, 08 Apr 2015I HATE THIS PHONE!!! I got it because of the price and size... moreI wear heading aids so I don't use a Bluetooth. But I had a rental car the last 4 days that had a video display for satellite radio, backup camera and Bluetooth connected cellphone. I received and made phone calls in the car for four days with no problem connected thru the Bluetooth feature. I've never used such a car system before with voice commands where I just said the name of anyone on my contacts list and the car did the rest.I was impressed. The phone worked flawlessly every time. The car was a 2014 Impala.

I've had my Zmax for four weeks now. I bought and installed a new SanDisk 16g Micro SD the same day. The only issue I've had with mine is that it occasionally freezes up when I'm on the internet. The keyboard stops working and you can't exit to your desktop. But just pressing the side button and turning off the screen for a few seconds and then turning it right back on again always unfreezes it and you can then continue on where you left off. This happens sporadically. It's gone over a week without freezing now. I restart it every day, even if I haven't had any problems. I also use the malware program that came with it. For $99, I'd say it's been great so far.

I hate that this phone's speaker sucks. Also on Snapchat when I record it makes a loud noise also on the normal camera app. On Instagram I take some selfies and it flips them it really annoying.
