I've had occasional problems with lagging and keyboard not working and having to start it over. Well now no sound on my phone will work... At all. I can't figure out why. I didn't do anything at all to harm it. Normal operation at home then I noticed it wasn't making text sounds and then found out it wasn't making sound at all. Can anyone help me?

I dont understand why??? does the phone have vibrate connections i hate my phone because of this feature does anyone know how to turn it off today? right now? if not I have to get rid of it:(

And if you pushed power and volume down and stuck on red light just hold power till it turns back on.

I love this phone its big screen and battery life is very useful the only thing is that when I put in my sandisk 32 GB SD card the phone started to over heat apps started to freeze up even when I was on a phone call it froze up so I had to take out my SD card after that it acted like nothing happened so I went to pick up a PNY 16 GB SD and so far haven't had any issues with the phone lately.

I've had this phone since November 2014, and last month (may) my front camera went completely out while my back camera turns photos upside down and reverses them. Not pleased at all...

Wishing I had never bought this phone. Had it for about 3 or 4 months now. Bought through metro pcs. Worked well for a few days. Then lag. And freezing. And restarting. Keyboard decides when to pick up keystrokes and when not to. 10 second freezing every time I return home. It's the most frustrating and anger inducing phone I've ever had. It's hard to get anything done with the almost constant lagging. DO NOT BUY

when i am calling someone and the person picks up the phone vibrates. I would like to take this feature off I dont want the phone to vibrate one the person I am calling picks up. can you please tell me how I can change this.

frequent problems with phone locking up won't even let you turn off have to repeat the procedure turning off and on multiple times during the day this is the third replacement phone I have gotten through T Mobile always one problem after the next but I just deal with it because it's large enough for me to read.

Boom, 27 May 2015Well I am at least the third person who was having the exac... moreI read a blog where someone said they were having the same problem . They said that the solution was to remove their SD card because the SD card has become corrupted. So I tried it and that seems to have done the trick. I didn't just remove but I replaced my micro sd card. I made a one minute video . 5 hours later its still there and playing fine so changing the SD card seems to have done the trick for me .

After a while the app just froze and then would go black when I open it up and turn off . I lost old videos . Now if I make a new video it either won't record or it will record and an hour or two later if it really is just a blank screen
