I call they said this is the first time they heard someone complaining about the zte max video not working, also after the video stop working it deleted some of the other videos I already had.

I've had this phone for about 3 months now and it's awesome!!
There is no Root yet though, but even without it, it's still a great device almost identical to the ZTE Grand X Max+ a little bit smaller. I mainly wanted Root so I could unlock the wifi hotspot but you can use direct tether without Root. (just turn on airplane mode first then activate tether then turn off airplane mode & use a client changer on your browser of choice)
I hear that there some people are experiencing problems. Please check to make sure it is not your SD card. I recently had some issues with apps suddenly stopping and such but the root cause was that my sdcard was corrupted even though it seem to be reading fine. I removed it and the phone had no problems after that.

i had my zte zmax phone for only 2 months now and the phone shuts on and off and does not charger correctly they gave me the phone like this when i bought it so if you want to buy this phone make sure its brand new

Metro worker, 26 Feb 2015I work for metro pcs in NJ if you are having problems with ... moreMy zte Imax just stopped working and I am not on a cheap.plan I pay for everything ex u can get on this phone and was very nice when I went in and got my phone and it still broke just stopped working and will not turn back on and no water damage just saying no damage at all so being cheap don't got anything to do with the phone thank you

I have another on order. I have friends with this phone and theirs are ok. If there's no change, I'll buy a different phone. I was told by my carrier that alot of bad phones went out . Good luck.

I Hate when I'm about to record a video and right before it starts recording it makes this loud sound to notify everyone I'm around that I'm recording.. I hate that thing is there a way to turn it off

When I go to play store to look for stuff to download like Snapchat and I push the install button and nothing happens. Is my phone broken or what. I really need some advice and help please.

Every time I try to take a pic it doesn't take I have to keep restarting my phone jus to take a picture and a couple hours later its gone is anybody else having this same problem
