Zte max goes offline at least once a day. Have to reboot to get back online. Annoying frequently call list are very large and easily touched making accidental calls. Phone turns off spontaneously. Love the camera and big screen. But won't buy another max.

This is the worst phone....... Please DO NOT Buy......I had my phone for two months and the phone froze over 10 times I can't use my dailer...sometimes it reboots on it's own..... Run fast from this phone worst ever. Cheap is not better

I had this phone going on 3 months and I had this no service error pop up won't go away got no help to fix it they want to give me a run around I will not miss this phone I'm sorry Samsung for leaving you I'll be back soon

thought I loved this phone. I have had this phone for four months it shut off with 71% battery power now it will not turn back on or take a charge. Stick a fork in me I am so done with ZTE!!!

I bought a ZTE Zmax from a friend. As long as I'm connected to Wi-Fi it works really good. I love the phone. I love the battery life. But, my data won't work on this phone. It's a metro pcs and I have t mobile. Metro unlocked it for me. The last phone I had was also a ZTE from metro and my data worked just fine. I can't figure it out. Other than that I love the phone.

Wow I thought I was the only one having a problem with this zte max duo! Got it for Christmas. The goggle search does not work. Sent it back because they said the hard ware was defective got another one and Google search still don't work and now can't get a refund, and Sony help me at all. If you can tell me how to fix it I would give it a five star but right now I say DO NOT BUY. Saving money now to buy another phone.....

what i live about this ZTE ZMAX is it battery cus it can last for a longer period before running low. apart from that the phone is totally bomb. network problems
cant receive a call as well as call breakages

i had my first zte zmax pro for three days and then it died and then it wouldn't turn on for a whole day and it wouldn't charge it started to charge and then I got it to turn on and it wouldn't charge normally and then I had to get a new one and I have only had it for two days I went to charge it before I had to work and then it turned off on the charger and now it wont turn on this is the worst phone I have ever had I would not recommend this phone for anyone. I am with tmobile and I will never own another zte zmax pro again I hate this phone I am about to throw this phone.

The worst phone I've ever had. This ZTE piece of shit is about to go in the garbage. Nothing works. I can't get a phone call, because a menu appears, blocking my "option" to receive the call or turn on the speakerphone? By the time I clear the menu bullshit, my caller is gone. I can't get online 90% of the time. Etc..Etc. I call bullshit on ZTE makers.

Ive been having problems with my phone as well.. Texts don't load, and Just this moring it turned off and now won't turn back on... It was on 80% battery life...

Love this phone and have had it since the day it came out. I broke the screen and it is cost prohibitive to fix it. Going to try the ZTE Blade V8 Pro or the ZTE Pro.

Only had my ate max duo a couple of weeks and my google has now quit working can't figure it out so I guess I'll go bk to my old phone because I can't get help and don't try factory reset don't work and all they say is take it back. News flash there's only a fifteen day return policy
