Zte zmax pro I'm stuck in recovery mode with it saying cannot load volume /ztecfg! And I'm on metro PCs please help

Thought this was going to be an upgrade from what I had but this phone has been just a mess .My internet works when it wants to text calls they only come in when my network is not acting crazy . Which is all the time . Highly disappointed. Just might let go of metro all together.

Really disappointed because I had the original zmax, literally since the day they arrived at metro pcs. They unboxed their shipment to sell me one. It finally stopped taking a charge, and removing the integrated battery to change the charge port was too much hassle, so I caved and upgraded to the pro. Now I am already ordering a replacement 3 days into owning it. It sucks.

One example, Real racing 3 game in order to play multiplayer the game needs to be connected to 4G and this phone fails to connect I contacted customer service they did something and still didn't connect so I tried a 4G test app and all I got is a message saying 4G not available, sucks and returning this garbage later .

I've had my ZTE vmax2 for about a month now, and am having problems with the screen locking, and when I'm on an it will automatically return to the original post. I've tried restarting the phone every day, with no change in performance. My son has one also, and his microphone went out weeks ago. Piece of shit.

Only had this phone for a little over 2 weeks and every day I constantly have to turn it off and on just to get a network connection for only like 5 mins then it stops working. I'm missing so many calls and it's pissing me off! My texting sometimes won't work either. I'm highly upset. They need to fix it or give me a brand NEW phone or my money back. Period.

Killerzone, 23 Oct 2016Software issues shuts off on its own cant download shitIve had the zmax pro since October... No problem at all... My screen turns off while I'm talking, no dropped calls, doesn't shut off by itself, I have 4glte service all the time. I've had the Samsung galaxy s4, s5,lg g stylo, lg stylo 2plus, HTC desire 626, & a bunch of phones in between. I'm very happy with my phone.. maybe it's not the phone but the person using it, or its where you live the service might not be good.. I'm using it now, and have MetroPCS. The only issue I've had with the phone is when I got the new update I was having issues downloading it to my phone. I had to do a factory reset & had no problem getting the new update after that.

After the new update since 1 week ago, the battery start to died in 15 min after a full charge. The applications have problems when are opens...So the last update SUCKS....very piss off..

I had bought the ZTE zmax and completely died went blank nothing works then I bought the ZTE zmax pro didn't even had it for a month charger trips out not charging,it was actually pushing the power out instead of keeping the charge in to the phone which sucks because I like the phones ..not buying any ZTE phones anymore
