I would just like to say its not a matter of being cheep. Your company only offers three plans. As for the phones they are electronics- hence sometimes you get a good one sometimes not. Its not the customers fault if the handset works improperly.

I got this phone about a month ago and out of nowhere my speaker doesn't work I can't hear anything I went to my settings and everything is find I can't find what's the problem

I love this phone. I just wish metro PCs wasn't so god damn slow on their LTE.

I've had my phone not quite a month and all of a sudden it just goes off completely by itself.... I have to hold the power button for it to come back on ..is anyone else having this issue ? Other than that love the phone... please help

I love this phone better then my galaxy s5 active to be honest I'm not tech savy but this phone is well worth the 179 at wall mart it does everything I enter an so much mor!!!!

This phone is awesome!! The only problem is that when I record it makes a shitter sound and I can't seem to take it off. Anybody can help? Please!!

Maybe it's just the carrier that you have or maybe it was one of those defective models, I don't know but don't knock the brand because of an isolated problem

I've had the Zmax for about 1 month. This is the best phone I've ever had. I've read other reviews about this phone and some of the problems people were having. First off, too bad you are having trouble with the phone. It is a great phone. I bought it brand new metro pcs. $50 unlimited plan. It's fast, smooth.
I did change a few things like keyword and launcher. And added a few apps that help performance as well. This phone is underrated.
