I love it but all of a sudden my vibrate for vibrate mode is gone and i have gone through my settings n thats not the prob. Can anyone please help me.

I work for metro pcs in NJ if you are having problems with your zmax you have a cheap plan stop being cheap and pay for what you want I have had no returns on this phone what so ever not once and for the customer service its just the store you go to or the attitude you walk in with if you walk in angry with an attitude towards us when we did nothing we will do the same back so come on please dont talk about metro unless you have the slightest clue of what your talking about once again STOP BEING CHEAP!!

They are se... moreIt happen to my wife also she bought the phone from.metro pcs a couple days later the phone went dead she took it back and they told her no refunds to bring it back for the warranty i had a similar brand it had a defective touch screen never buy ZTE.

I will say for the price you really cant beat this phone. The camera is good and the screen is descent for a 720p. I got mine from T-Mobile and the HD voice is superb. The battery is amazing last two days without a problem. it is snappy and multitasking is awesome. I do video conferencing and and calls and email all at the same time it never skips a beat. I give this phone a 5 out of 5 stars and have to say with the almost pure vanilla experience it is a real pleasure. I recommend this phone to everyone.

Do not buy the ZTE z max phone from metro pc's. They are selling their customers phones that do not work. The camera are not working. The customers service sucks. They gave us the run around for days about replacing our phone. I did not even have the phone five. They would not give me a refund because they had no one that knew how to do it they claim. So I'm suck with a broke phone. This the worst company to buy a phone from. The phone do not work.Do not wast your money on this phone. Then out of insult try to replace it with a phone that is less money then what I paid. Then didn't want to give me the difference of what I paid. But had phones it the back. Metro pc's is the worst phone company out there.

I really dislike this phone. I've had it less than a week with metro pcs and it is so slow. I can't load a video 90% of the time on youtube. I can't find why its so slow. I have unlimited internet. Any suggestions?

It's a great phone, but even tho i put it into silent and when i try to record or screen shot it makes the recording noise. I forget about it and screenshot conversations during class and it makes that noise. How do i get rid of it?

My snap chat back camera doesnt work when it's on flash, then after a while my front and back camera both are not working at all!! it says camera is being disabled for security privacy or camera is being used by another app. Even though i restarted my phone ALOT and forced shut the camera. Idk what's going on!? please help me
